What you can learn from my classes
My classes use a blend of intelligent movement, restorative positions, and breathing exercises to soothe and strengthen your body. These practices are mindful, which means that we give our full attention to whatever we are doing in the moment.
Mindfulness practices are shown to relieve the toxic effects of stress, improve sleep, and reduce depression and fatigue. We approach the practice with an attitude of curiosity and kindness. Our goal together is to build non-judgemental self-awareness.
